About me

I’m a psychologist who values core change over quick fixes. I work collaboratively to understand what’s driving your issues and what’s needed to actually shift them. Therapy isn’t about managing symptoms for me; it’s about doing the work for long-term, lasting change.

Everything therapy framework I use in session has been personally tested as I believe therapists should stand behind their methods from lived experience. I don’t rely on breathing techniques or emotional regulation scripts unless they serve something deeper.

Outside the therapy space, I’m into music, martial arts, health, and occasionally trying not to drown while learning to surf.
